Citizenship (Naturalization)
Lawful Permanent Residents who meet the requirements can apply for Naturalization (Citizenship). This service includes review of your immigration history, preparation and finalization of the N-400 USCIS form with required attachments (if any), filing the N-400 on your behalf and responding to USCIS's requests for additional information related to the N-400.

Lawful Permanent Residency: Green Card Renewal
Lawful Permanent Residents who wish to renew their Green Card should renew within a reasonable time to avoid delay in having a valid green card. This service includes review of your immigration history, preparation and finalization of the I-90 USCIS form with required attachments (if any), filing the I-90 on your behalf and responding to USCIS's requests for additional information related to the I-90.

Lawful Permanent Residency: Adjustment of Status
This service is for individuals who are eligible to apply for Lawful Permanent Residency, whether through asylum, U-Visa, or a family-based petition. This service includes a review of your immigration history, preparation and finalization of the I-485 USCIS form with required attachments (if any), filing of the I-485 on your behalf and responding to USCIS's requests for additional information related to the I-485. If any waivers of inadmissibility are needed, additional costs may apply.

U-Visa
Individuals who have been victims of certain crimes in the United States may be eligible for a U-Visa. This service includes review of your immigration history, preparation and finalization of the I-918 USCIS form with required supporting documents, inadmissibility waiver I-192 (if needed), filing on the U-Visa application on your behalf and responding to USCIS's request for additional information.

Asylum
Individuals who have credible fear of harm, torture, or persecution might be eligible to apply for Asylum. This service includes review of your immigration history, preparation and finalization of necessary forms and supporting documents for your Asylum application, and filing the Asylum application on your behalf.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) - Renewals
DACA recipients who wish to renew their DACA & Employment Authorization should do so as soon as possible to avoid the loss of their DACA status. This service includes review of your immigration history, preparation and finalization of the I-821D and I-765 USCIS forms with required attachments (if any), filing these forms on your behalf and responding to USCIS's requests for additional information related to the I-821D and I-765.
